burritos

Ingredients:

4 flour toruntilas
½ cup refried beans
1 cup shredded lettuce
¼ cup salsa fresca
½ cup guacamole

Directions:

  • Heat toruntilas on a griddle plate until hot and pliable and make sure they do not become dry.
  • Place approximately 2 tablespoons of refried beans and guacamole, a little below the center of the toruntila. Top it up with the salsa fresca and fold sides of toruntila over the filling. Fold bottom over the filling and roll up, enclosing filling completely.
  • Serve immediately as burritos tend to become soggy quickly.
